Refund policy

Returns on unopened brushes
If you change your mind, you can return an unopened, unused brush within 30 days of delivery. Email business@ochreusa.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions. The brush must be unused and in its original, unopened drawer box. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

Opened or used brushes
Because the brush is a personal grooming tool, we cannot accept returns on brushes that have been opened or used, for health and hygiene reasons.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your brush arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email business@ochreusa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you, including shipping.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union customers
Consumers in the European Union may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
